My Journey to "Be The Person."

I believe my life’s mission is to help make others better.

Stronger physically, achieving things they didn’t’ think was possible.  Mentally, giving them the mindset of abundance.  That they are capable of so much more than they knew was possible.  Spiritually, to know and love a God that makes all things possible!  My life quote is “You can get everything you want in life, if you just help enough other people get what they want.”  Zig Ziglar

I grew up with a mom telling me Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things in him who gives me strength.”  I believed it…until I didn’t.  Somewhere along the way I started to feel like I wasn’t good enough.  The context changed depending on the circumstances.  I believed I wasn’t skinny enough, pretty enough, smart enough.  I just wasn’t enough. 

I didn’t recognize I had started to believe I wasn’t enough until I started to listen to my self-talk.  I was really negative.  I would say things to myself that I would never say to another person.   I knew I had to change how I spoke to myself in order to change my mindset.   Over the course of the next several years I changed that negative self-talk into believing I am enough.  I can have a life filled with passion and purpose. I have created life declarations with values and a plan how I will live life.

I am the owner of 3 Orangetheory Fitness studios.  We help members in our studios with their fitness. It often starts a chain reaction to improve so many other areas of life.  We have built a community that helps and supports one another with their fitness changes.  I also mentor and help people be the person they were meant to be with Masterminds and coaching.  I really believe that we can pursue our dreams, but fear and limiting beliefs often get in the way.  When people work in a mastermind, they gain the tools and community to make the changes they need and want to make!
