Do these Four Things for Better Health
Who do you want to be? Have you ever taken a minute to ask yourself? We live in a crazy busy world and so many times we go on auto pilot. It is time to stop the auto pilot and starting picking things that make you better! Make you the person you were designed to be!
Join me in the September challenge. It isn’t easy….but it is simple. You CAN do this! You just have to decide! Commit to being better at the end of September than you are today!
Here is an outline of the challenge. Make a decision to start today. The biggest thing you can do for success is tell someone! Better yet, invite them to do it with you. Telling someone will increase your success rate by 50%!
September Challenge
Movement
7,000 steps a day and weight lift 2x a week (Orangetheory is perfect for this!). If you are above this step count, can you add 1,000 steps per day?
Protein
Start with 30g of protein for your 1st meal and consume 1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight each day.
Sleep
Go to bed and wake up at the same time, no snacking after dinner, and limit alcohol.
Community
Connect with others in a new way every week. Ideas: volunteer, reach out to an old friend, talk to someone new at the gym!
